jlx2 Posted October 28, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 28, 2005 We have a digital camera and we were wondering if we use up all the pictures on the cards memory, can we bring it to the ships photo area and have them put it on a disc for us? Any idea of the cost? Thanks in advance!
dlbutler5 Posted October 28, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 28, 2005 Yes,you can but it is probably as cheap to buy more memory for your camera.
superjerryw Posted October 28, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 28, 2005 They will burn your photos to a CD for about $20.
TechKnowBabble Posted October 28, 2005 #4 Share Posted October 28, 2005 When we were on EOS, it was 14.99 per CD. To me at the time it was a good cost....recently I bought a device called Roadstor, allows you to burn from memory stick/compact flash/smart media directly to CD without having a computer. It also allows you to watch DVDs, has a remote and can be connected to your TV. I found mine at Circuit City for around $200. We have tested it, works beautifully and we won't need to bring our laptop on our upcoming cruise.
hermang Posted October 28, 2005 #5 Share Posted October 28, 2005 They will burn your photos to a CD for about $20. BUT remember a CD holds 700MB so depending on the size of your memory chip you could download a couple before you have to burn a CD.
