Help with Transport please

Hi we arrive in Venice details 29/10/2016 1863 07:40 11:00 (29/10/2016)

 

Arrival Airport: Venice (VCE) 11am What are our options for getting to the cruise port we are sailing on Vision of the seas (Dont know which port) taxi? bus? the last couple of Cruises we have done we have let our TA arrange transport both times with massive hiccups so going to try do my own transport see if I have better results.

 

We arrive back to Venice on the 5th of November so also need advice on best way of getting to the hotel,from the cruise terminal then from Hotel to airport

 

Hotel: Amadeus

Resort: Venice Island

We are in Italy right now and had a fantastic experience with Venice Quality Tours. Met at the airport by Julie and Tricia and given some awesome advice on restaurants and places to go. Really worth every penny.

By bus it's a two stage process, express bus to Piazzale Roma followed by the People Mover to the port.

 

Taxis are easy to come by at the station and if it's in the budget (between €40-€50) it's the easiest way.

 

Vision will be at the cruise port, it's much to large for San Basilio.
