Crown Princess and the casino

I will be sailing on the Crown Princess and it spends the two days in Cabo. It appears on the itinerary that we stay anchored in Cabo overnight. Does anyone know if the casino and shops will be open while we are anchored overnight?

I could be wrong but I wouldn't think so. When we were in Cabo nothing opened up until after we left and we were into international waters.
