LeslieRN72 Posted October 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2005 I was booked on the ill-fated October 24 Enchantment of the Seas cruise that never was. I had also booked a snorkeling tour through Coral Breeze. I e-mailed Paul (before I was sure the ship was completely cancelled) to let him know that we would not be on the tour unfortunately. He e-mailed me back the same day to let me know that they were processing everyone's deposit refunds. I received my refund yesterday-10/28. Wow! What an organized, honest, and efficient business they run! I highly recommend them as a customer from a business perspective.
