travelling fools Posted October 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2005 I was just on the Princess site and you can download a Princess ship webcam on your desktop and it changes constantly. You can visualize your trip now before you go. I knew they had the webcams but not that you could download them on your desktop. Just thought I would let everyone know. 1 week until sailing on the Saphhire. Can't wait! cindyscruise Posted October 29, 2005 #2 Share Posted October 29, 2005 Thank you for this tip. I was not aware you could do this. I downloaded the CB as we are sailing in Dec.
WHYTSHLDRZ Posted October 29, 2005 #3 Share Posted October 29, 2005 I have had this downloaded for about two weeks. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that for the Sapphire, you are looking at the back portion of the ship, or out to sea....but it is pretty cool when you see PV, Mazatlan, or Cabo~you can tell if it is a nice day, or foggy, sometimes you can see the other ships in port.... etc. Wish they had webcams placed statigically on the ship in different areas, so that you could get a real feel for the ship; but I guess if they did this, you wouldn't have to buy a ticket....you could just watch the webcam!!!  :D :p
