When is the Premiership due to dock in Fremantle

Does anyone know when this ship is due to finally dock in Fremantle?

 

The dockers have been trying to get it in for about the past 20 years - and the good folk of Fremantle are getting sick of waiting for it to arrive - I know I am.

 

Any inside advice on expected date of arrival would be appreciated.
