Menues from Dawn for 10 day Mexico?

Sue,

We didn't pick up the menu's, but they are standard princess menus with a few new names. The Candlelight Menu and the Continental Menu (used to be French) are the two that we thought were the weakest. Those nights would be best for the Sterling, but I have read several comments that its simply not worth the extra $$.

On the anytime dining menu the Beef Tournados were excellent as was the New York steak. Our table mates found that they will even blacken it for you.

When you get on board, you can check with the Matre' de to see the order of the menus and they might even have them there for you to read.
