John & Jean and John & Shirley meet Vic and Carol. We are exactly the same age and breakdown as John & Jean. Yes, we would very much like to meet all four of you. We were introduced to Cruise Critic prior to sailing on the Opera's Eastbound Transatlantic sailing this past April. We have never met a more wonderful mix of people from all over the world. Six months after coming home we still are in frequent contact with several of our Cruise Critic friends & may spend Thanksgiving with a couple we met through Cruise Critic.

A suggestion might be the Cotton Club bar on Deck 6, (by the bar) after the fire drill.

Again welcome on board.

Carol & Vic

John & Jean and John & Shirley and Vic and Carol meet Dick & Julie. We are 78 and 62 years young. We would very much like to meet at the bar after the fire drill. On one of our trips on Seabourn 8 of us would meet every afternoon at 4 at the bar for a "staff meeting" - great gathering. This will be our first cruise on MSC but we love trans atlantic crossings - this will be our 5th.

Welcome Dick & Julie to our growing "elite" group. Since there is high tea every afternoon on the Opera we may need to have our "staff" meeting during high tea, or at 5:00 after high tea. We are game for any plans our prestigious little group wishes. Five transatlantic sailings, my how we envy you as this is only our second (both on the Opera). We have taken many 3 to 7 day cruises but since we owned our own business until March of 2004 we could never be gone more than seven days at a time.

Again welcome aboard.

Vic & Carol

Wow!! :p 28 days until we board the Opera. But who is counting?

Where is everyone hiding lately? We were getting the start of a lively group, then suddenly our site went horridly silent. Ladies, are you all out shopping for new cruise wear? Men, are you doing all the holiday "honey do" things?

Maybe I am just too excited as each day we are closer to sailing once again. Aah, the sweet smell of the ocean and the fabulous food.
