Question for those who have done staggered check-in

I have an upcoming cruise with my 1st experience with staggered check-in. I am Platinum, and will be sharing a cabin with someone who is not. (we both will have priority checkin)

In the area where you choose your checkin time, it states all cabin guests must checkin at the same time. This has never been an issue before, when many times i would work a half day and meet my cabinmate on the ship.

Therefore is this a real change and we need to checkin together or can we do as has been done inn the past?

Sunshine002 you'll pick one time for you both. You can arrive at that selected time or after. The same for your cabin mate. You or your cabin mate cannot check in before that time. So answer is yes. I'll be doing my first staggered in October as well. I too am platinum but it will be interesting to see if it is indeed an improvement.
