SIT Shuttle Bus FCO-Rome

Has anyone ever used this service? I see they have a stop at Piazza Cavour which is 2 blocks from my hotel. The cost is 6 euro per person and takes about an hour. I'm between this and taking the train to Termini and then taking a cab to the hotel. I'm just curious if anyone has used them before. They also seem flexible about changing a ticket due to a flight delay.

 

My flight arrives at 08:05, assuming it arrives on time, how long should going through customs and baggage claim take at FCO? I'm flying in on Sunday 10/30 if that helps.

I don't think I've used that particular one but I have used buses from FCO into town without issue. There's really no need to purchase the ticket in advance, they sell them right at the bus as people arrive.

This seems like the best option as it will be about the same amount of time as Train and Cab to the hotel, but much cheaper.
