Lynnesota Posted September 13, 2016 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2016 (edited) We're cruising Oceania for the first time on the Riviera from Venice to Barcelona, Nov. 9-21. We've booked 4 shore excursions, but we'd like input on others. For example, in Palermo, Sicily, do we NEED to book an excursion, or can we easily walk to sites, cafes, etc. Thank you! Also had an AMAZING meal in Caselmola(?sp) with "mama" Google him!
Lynnesota Posted September 13, 2016 Author #3 Share Posted September 13, 2016 Thanks, Tropical Kerry. Found Sicily with Mario, but wonder what is the best? (Prefer half-day) And also how do we connect with them? We are SO NEW to this!
bitob Posted September 13, 2016 #4 Share Posted September 13, 2016 (edited) I see you are new to these forums. Check the ports of call boards. There is usually great information there about guides or diy for specific ports Go to ports of call/Italy and then put in Palermo as your search. You can research all your ports there. tropicalkerry2002 Posted September 13, 2016 #5 Share Posted September 13, 2016 There is a "contact us" button at the top right of his webpage. Also make sure you join your roll call...you may find tours to join OR you can book a tour and ask others to join...nice to have a group of 6, especially if it lowers your price per person! http://www.cruisecritic.com/rollcalls/riviera-november-9-2016/ Have fun!
