I will be sailing on my first MSC cruise in 23 days. Are dress shorts/polo shirt allowed in the MDR for dinner? I sail Celebrity and they are allowed. Anything else I should know ? Thanks :D

We were told in the dailies what was permitted for the dining room clothing each night. We all brought nice slacks and tops to prepare for a less casual evening, along with some even "fancier" clothes. 1 night was casual-just no hats/caps, tank tops or non dressy shorts. I always pack lots so I am ready! :)
