port of Miami on site parking

We recently parked in the port of Miami garage across from the royal Caribbean terminal, E I believe. When we entered the garage there was a sign on the ticket machine that said :maximum lost ticket charge $220.00.

 

My question has anyone done a 14 day cruise and said they had lost their ticket and was charged $220.00 rather than the normal 14 day fee of $280.00?
