Galveston Ramada Inn LTD or Water Park Inn WHICH IS BETTER?

Trying to decide on Ramada LTD nearer to beach & the pier or Inn at the Water Park which is farther away. Inn at the Water Park is rated a little better on one of the websites that has reviews. Does anyone know which is better? Ramada does have breakfast, Water Park doesn't. Thanks for help
