My husband and I will be in St. Kitts in February but at a late time 10-6. Most of the tour companies wont take us because of the late time or its just the 2 of us. We are looking for a small tour group. Would those 3 things be doable? and if so should we just try to take a taxi once we get to port? I like to pre-schedule things but its not looking like that is going to work. thanks

I would skip the beaches and just do an island tour with Brimstone Hill Fortress, Black Rocks & Caribelle Batik. There is plenty of time to do this. There will be better beaches on your cruise so spending several hours doing that on St Kitts wastes time to see other things. Try and get another couple to share your ride.
