MDR Menu on five day cruises

How is the menu for five day cruises? I heard they do not have lobster, what else do they not have? Is escargot available? (This is one of my favs) I also am not that familiar with the American Feast also, is it available on the Ecstasy?

Sorry for the basic questions, I'm still kinda new to cruising. /.\

Every cruise I have taken has been 5 days and I have always had lobster and they always offer escargot.

Carnival stopped offering lobster on 5 day or less cruises a while back. According to Carnival's website the Ecstasy does not have the American Table yet.

We just disembarked a 5-day cruise on Ecstasy this past Sunday. We were not offered lobster on Elegant Night but they had a great scallop appetizer & a seafood ravioli (I think it was crab ravioli in lobster sauce?). They do not have the American Feast menu yet but I heard onboard that they are getting it in January 2017.
