I booked our first cruise (Nov. 28 Majesty of the Seas from Port Canaveral) through Marriott rewards of which I am a member. I've tried several times to contact them to make changes to our reservation but they have not responded in any way. Can I have them removed as my travel agent so I can make changes myself? MikeBTN Posted October 9, 2016 #4 Share Posted October 9, 2016 Instead of calling the individual agent directly, call into their general 800 # and any agent can help you.
