Issues with travel agent

Hello all, first time cruiser here and need some guidance. I booked our first cruise (Nov. 28 Majesty of the Seas from Port Canaveral) through Marriott rewards of which I am a member. I've tried several times to contact them to make changes to our reservation but they have not responded in any way. Can I have them removed as my travel agent so I can make changes myself?

Instead of calling the individual agent directly, call into their general 800 # and any agent can help you. I've found with many of these agencies the "booking" agents only book and don't help with changes - customer service agents do that.
