Any idea why the boarding time begins at 5 pm - 7 pm with departure at 8 pm. These times where confirmed by my TA and directly with RCL. The ship will be traveling north from Miami empty of cruisers and docking in Tampa.

Tampa also has construction going on around the port and hopefully nothing is happening at the Arena.
