I put in a reservation request on Saturday. I received their automated response that someone will be in touch with me but have heard nothing since.

 

Should I just book someone else? My cruise leaves on Nov 13th.

Try reserving one more time. I booked with them online and they were very quick. They may have forgotten to email you back. I have heard from many people that they are very reputable.
