Sleep Inn FLL Airport (Dania)

I believe this Sleep Inn is called both FLL Airport and Dania Beach depending on the website(s). I just booked it for mid-January pre-cruise one night on an opaque site for $140 ($170 all said and done) after searching for days for a hotel that was within budget. I was hoping it would be LaQuinta but this will have to do....the price you pay when "buying without seeing". LOL

 

I believe they provide airport transfers complimentary but my question is: anyone have an estimate of cab fare to the port? Cab fare from the port back to the airport would be helpful as well.

They have a complimentary airport shuttle and and their Port Everglades shuttle is $10 per person plus tax.

 

A taxi to Port Everglades will be about $20 or so plus tip and a taxi from Port Everglades to FLL would be about $12-14 plus tip.
