Very old news, but the lawsuits are still active though. Everybody got named in the lawsuits including the widow of the dude who was killed on the pier.

WOW! Seems longer ago. That ship was cursed, as were many others at that time, all blamed at Neptune's anger at renaming the Destiny to the Sunshine. So I guess that was about three years ago as well that they did that.

 

This was right after what was called the POOP CRUISE of the Triumph, drifting and towed at sea for 5 days after an engine incident, which could have been worse after their findings. If memory serves the ship failed inspection when it was returned to service, citing 27 infractions, 3 of which were serious.
