I may be completely off base. $14 seems cheap for blue label compared to other prices. I'm thinking a single of say makers mark was $7-$8. To buy a fifth of blue label is way more than twice the cost of buying a fifth of Makers.

There are cigar bars located on MOST Carnival ships, however Carnival Magic, and Dream don't have one.

 

The cigar bars have been done away with on ALL Carnival ships. Cigars and pipes are permitted in designated OUTDOOR areas only.
