Dawn Xmas cruise

Has anyone been on the Dawn Xmas cruise out of New Orleans? Wondering if NCL does any special shows, etc. for the holiday season.

We were on the Dawn the 3rd of January 2016 for a week. There weren't any decorations. I don't know if they were already taken down or what. But just a tad disappointed

We were on a the Dawn last year for Christmas. There was caroling Christmas Eve and day but around 11pm Christmas night all the decorations were taken down. I like be the holidays and I'm not sure I will ever cruise again because it was so meh

I haven't been on the Dawn over Christmas but have been on two NCL Christmas cruises.

 

It was magical I loved it! They do Christmas dinner and Christmas carols and decorate the ship and have a show. Reading the two reviews above doesn't sound so brilliant though!!! I cruised in 2013 and 2015 so pretty recently.

Have a brilliant time!! Hopefully it's more like my experience than the other comments... so so jealous.

I honestly loved it. I can't imagine that they would not play on the Christmas thing... the waiters dressed up as elves :-)
