Victory updates?

So is deck 7 and below done, deck 8 in process, and deck 9 and above not done?

 

All the decks from 2 to 6 were done and 7 was well on the way to completion when we were aboard in December. It would appear from a current post that they are now on 8 and that's near completion. 9, 10 and 11 cabins are all forward of mid ship and may not be started on yet but I don't know that for a fact.

All decks thru 8 updates are complete. Deck 9 updates are in progress with deck 10 & 11 to follow.
