New dining option on Seabourn

Has anyone noticed the article "tucked away" in the Seabourn website, detailing the changes to be made to the Verandah from next March? Apparently in the evenings it is to be henceforth called "2", and each course of the 5/6 course meal will consist of 2 dishes, intended to compliment each other. It all sounds a bit "complex" - not quite the more simple option which an "alternative" can sometimes provide.

We'll be onboard the "Spirit" in April (hopefully!) so will be among the first to try it out!

Yes, I had read about this. It's sounds like great new concept! I enjoyed the nights whereupon the chef's tasting menu was offered.

 

I can't wait to try it!! :)
