I had arranged thru Special needs department for a wheelchair for embarkation on the Independence on 12-12-16.

We arrived about noon and walked to the Suite counter, expecting to find our wheelchair help

Unfortunately, there was a delay in boarding. People were backed up with nowhere to go. No direction by any of the staff or help. No place to sit and no wheelchairs

Delay in boarding is not that uncommon. Would'nt you think, by now, RCCL would have a program put in place when this happens to stop the bedlam. And also to assist people with special needs

We enjoyed our cruise once on board. We rented a scooter from Special Needs
