I'm going on the Navigator next month. Do they still have the wine packages that you can get a certain number of bottles in the dinning room? I'd like to get that for my parents as a Christmas gift.

No, but you can have several bottles sent to their room and they can take it to the MDR or anywhere without a corkage fee.

 

They can also take on two bottles themselves.

No wine package. But you can buy bottles of wine individually for them. That's available on the website.
