Breakaway food question: Mexican?

I don't recall them having a station where they made burritos.

I remember having a quesadilla on embarkation day. They definitely 'try' to have different cultures represented with the food selection. They may very well have a Mexican night in the Garden Cafe. When we were onboard they did a Caribbean night which my family & I enjoyed b/c its our culture.

The stations they typically have/had were omelet stations for breakfast, crepes, shrimp salad, someone that did vegan/turkey burgers on request.
