Transportation From Double Tree Hilton Melboune To Port Canaveral

We will be flying in to Melbourne Airport for a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Our flight does not arrive until 11pm the day before the cruise. Would anyone know if it would be best to stay in Port Canaveal? If so what is the best transportation from Melbourne to Hilton Garden Inn Port Canaveral and cost? Also we are holding a reservation at Double Tree Melbourne, they offer airport pick up, but not sure of the best way to get from Double Tree Melbourne to Port Canaveral and cost.
