Trent S (King Tut) Question

Hi Trent.

We have worked out leaving our luggage at HIEX Convention Center when we check out on 12/27/05.

We will catch a cab to the King Tut exhibit.

My question is. Do you think we will have a problem catching a cab BACK to the hotel when we are finished with the exhibit?

Well now that would make it interesting.

Thank you for telling me about the water taxi.

From HIEX I think we would go across the street and to the back by the water correct?

Something like 15th street fisheries??

I thank you again

Approxiamtely how long will it take from Marina Marriott to the exhibit?

For some reason I can't seem to figure this out.

From Holiday Inn Express or any of the other SE 17th Street hotels it's about 10 minutes or so by car to the Museum of Art, about 20-30 minutes by Water Taxi.

Trent - I love the link to the water taxi! Thanks so much for providing it!

We will be staying at the Hyatt and going to the King Tut exhibit before our April cruise. Which water taxi stop would we get off at to go to the exhibit?

Thanks for your help!

Trent - one other question: Is it possible to walk to the museum of art from the Hyatt? We regularly walk 5 to 7 miles a day. The problem with the water taxi is that our King Tut viewing time is at 9:00 a.m. and the water taxis don't run until after 10:00. We would like to walk to the exhibit and take the water taxi back. Is that possible?
