gramgoingcruising Posted January 9, 2017 #81 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Thank you for your wonderful review and pictures. Have a graduation cruise coming in June. So far we have 21 going. Most are in the glass half full group but do have one or two half empty. Lucky, I snagged " Faster to the Fun" for the half empty one so he can get on quick and sit on his balcony. Will be waiting for the rest of your review. Thanks again for taking the time.

Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #85 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Loving the review. I'm really enjoying your review. We had a balcony, but spent more time in a chair or lounger on deck 5 than anywhere else. Glad you are enjoying it! I agree - deck 5 was our go-to place when we could not use our balcony. Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #89 Share Posted January 9, 2017 The things you listed in the cooking demo aren't on the Steakhouse menu. Wonder why they do this? Oh! Thanks for that info... You just saved me the $$$ I would have spent in the steakhouse :D I assumed the menu items were on the steakhouse menu since the cooking demo is in the steakhouse. My mistake. It is probably just in that location since they have the right setup for the demo.

Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #91 Share Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) We typically try to play a game of mini golf every day. So, let's tour a bit of the sports court today: Totally posing! (but I did get a hole-in-one) The first day, we thought that there were two holes missing - the court seemed to jump from hole #6 to hole #9. The last hole seemed very boring for such an otherwise interesting mini golf course... It took us 3 days to realize you have to go up the stairs toward the sky course to discover holes # 7 and 8, as well as the beginning of hole number 9... you hit the ball into the hole upstairs on 9, and it rolls down a pipe back to the deck below - lots of fun! Here is my mom at hole number 8: Sent from my iPad using Forums Edited January 9, 2017 by APDMOM tip in red

Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #93 Share Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) For thise who are visual, like me, here are the directions to holes number 7, 8, and the start of number 9: You can also find chess upstairs: I forgot to take a picture of it, but there is a beanbag toss game available by the mini golf. For mini golf, the putters and balls are in a rack mounted to the wall by hole # 1. The jogging track goes around the mini golf, and it goes past these pieces of exercise equipment along the way: Sent from my iPad using Forums Edited January 9, 2017 by APDMOM tip

Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #95 Share Posted January 9, 2017 Time for a break from all this sunshine and "exercise"... :D Let's head back down to look at the colorful atrium. We came from way up there.... ....to way down there: The atrium changes lighting to make it sometimes look like day.... ... and sometimes look like evening: Sent from my iPad using Forums
Rare APDMOM Posted January 9, 2017 Author #96 Share Posted January 9, 2017 (edited) Guest services - one of the great perks of Faster to the Fun is the priority (VIP) line. As mentioned before, we received excellent customer service on Magic. They really impressed me with their understanding and efforts to accommodate us! The shore excursions desk: I love the clear elevators! It is worth those early morning strolls to catch an empty one: There is quite a bit of seating in the atrium, and we enjoyed listening to "Dolce" here: Sent from my iPad using Forums Edited January 9, 2017 by APDMOM

DebbieMo Posted January 10, 2017 #100 Share Posted January 10, 2017 The mushroom cappuccino is delicious and I don't like mushrooms! I never went to the coffee bar on Glory but read somewhere that some of the pastries are free, did you find that to be the case?
