Panama Locks

I think your ship is making a port call at Colon, correct? I will say yes there is such a tour, but there is a but... as of right now the visitor's center at Gatun Locks (the old locks on the Atlantic side) is not open on a daily basis. They have been opening it only when there is a cruise ship in port and manpower is available to operate it. Now the primary visitor's center for the Atlantic side is located at the new Agua Clara Locks.

So if nothing changes there should be a tour available to take you to both the original and new locks.
