The Tortola board is good for planning your own trip there.

 

If you copy and paste this " Experience with Jost Van Dyke beach transfer. Good... bad? " into Google the top hit will bring up a fairly recent review of the excursion. (sorry cannot post the link to the site due to CC board rules)
