Edinburgh (New Haven) tour companies

Does anyone have any recommendation for tour companies that will pick us up in New Haven for a tour in the countryside? This is our second visit to Edinburgh and we have already toured the castle and seen much of the city. So we are ready for a new adventure. Not really interested in golf. Thanks!

There may still be places to visit which are away from the city centre. How about Rosslyn Chapel where The DaVinci Code was filmed or Royal Yacht Britannia or some of the art galleries or the National Museum of Scotland. All of these are easily accessible by taxi or public transport from Newhaven. (only one word!)

Our first trip we used a taxi to get to the castle and we were among the first to tour the castle. Then we visited several churches, visited a museum and shopped down the royal mile before taking a taxi back to the ship. So we saw an awful lot. My mother is very insistent that we take a tour into the countryside. But as we are tendering into New Haven this time I wanted to find an excursion that will pick us up at the pier. Has anyone used a touring company that will pick up at New Haven?
