Actually you can bring 4 on board when you embark -- 2 will have no corkage fee and 2 you will have to pay the corkage fee on.

Also -- you can not get off the ship at the end of the first segment -- go shopping and bring back 2 bottles. Your ID card shows your embarkation date and disembarkation -- so they know you have already been on the ship.
