Vista Spa Question

Hi! I will be sailing on the Vista this July with my husband and 2 sons. We have an interior spa room and a balcony spa room, 2 guests in each room. Here is my question...my husband and 1 son are in the interior, and myself and my other son are in the balcony room. My children are under the age of 18, and therefore cannot use the spa. However, I am paying full price for pax 1 and 2 in both rooms. Does anyone know if I will receive 2 spa bands per room, as that is what the entitlement is? Or will they only give me 1 per room based on the ages of my children? Thanks for any and all help!
