? About eat/drink/play package for CP balcony

Anyone have experience with this.... We booked a Central Park balcony that includes the eat/drink/play perk but the 3 in that cabin are all under 21.... what do they substitute for the bottle of wine?? Can we get soda packages for those in that cabin instead? We wouldn't mind keeping the complimentary lunch at Giovanni's and don't really care about the gaming lessons at the casino.
