For those who ask, here's the answers that I could find over the web.

I don't know why NCL doesn't save us a lot of time and just post the menus on the web?

Are the menus for the main restaurants the same for EVERY ship? Some of them don't look anything like menus i've seen on other sites.

How current are they as well? Some of the sites i've seen had menus 4 years old or more, and I am reluctant to trust that the menu is still the same (for instance, I believe the Endless Summer on the Star is now a tex-mex place, yet the menu you post is more Hawaian.

Just trying (desperately) to plan our cruise!!!!

I believe NCL has 21 dinner menus. While many of the same menus are used on most ships, ones selected for use can vary from ship to ship. Obviously the longer the cruise, more of the 21 menus are used. For instance, the "Presidential Menu" (D#5) was used on most ships for years but was not included on the Star's Mexican Rivera cruise. I did jot down some notes from our 11/01 sailing.

Day 1- Bon Voyage, Menu# D1

Day 2- Captain's Welcome, Menu #D2

Day 3- Chef's Dinner, Menu #D7

Day 4- Freestyle Dinner, Menu #D21

Day 5- Caribbean Dinner, Menu #D3

Day 6- Italian Dinner, Menu #D4

Day 7- Freestyle Dinner, Menu #D6

Day 8- Star Spangled Dinner, Menu #D19

We've sailed on the Sun (2002), Spirit (2004) and Star (2005). All three used #D1, #D2, #D3, #D4 and #D7. The Spirit and Star also used #D6 and #D19.

You are correct about the Endless Summer's menu being used now. It is Tex-Mex. I can't remember all of the entres, but I had ribs and my husband had Fajitas (choice of Chicken, Beef or Shrimp).

The menus for both Le Bistro and Cagneys was the same on all of the ships we've sailed.

Hope this helps.
