If you want something more exotic (like a couples massage) I'd book ahead. I waited until I boarded last week and there were only a couple options left, both on port days and no discounts. We scheduled it for the end of the Half Moon Cay day and it was lovely, well until the announcements started 1/2 way through (captain & cruise director). Perhaps try to avoid booking during the times the boat takes off. ;)
