Since we haven't cruised on a RCCL ship in a couple of years, I asked friends to clarify what the new Diamond Lounge "happy hour' time frame is. I was given the Happy Hour hours but they also said in addition to the Diamond Lounge offerings, they also received 3 free drinks per day that were loaded on their Seapass and could be redeemed at most bars, except for the Dining Room and specialty restaurants. Can anyone tell me if this is for all Diamond level members, or for Diamond Plus and above?

It is for all Diamonds. And the three drinks are redeemable during the happy hour time slot.

It's for all Diamond and above. During the hours that the Diamond Lounge is open (about 5pm to 8 or 8:30pm) you can use your Sea Pass card to get up to 3 free drinks from any bar on the ship. There have been varying reports as to whether you can use it in the MDR or not. I think the official word is no, but I think on some ships the servers might let you.
