First Time Cruiser

First time cruising already booked thru Carnival to the Mexican Riviera in September. Wondering if it's to late to have a travel agent take over? I want to make sure I'm getting the best deals. There is so much information out there but don't have the time to look thru it all. Any advice would help. TIA

I believe with Carnival you can transfer the booking to a TA any time before final payment date. Even if you elect to pay it off early, you can still transfer up until the date that payment would have been due. EM

Thank You for the information!:)

Downside to using a TA is that once you have one, Carnival will not deal with you directly on any changes and refer you (nicely) to your TA. You also have less of a chance (in fact I think nil) of getting an upgrade.
