The Rocket Center at Huntsville, AL can be a nice place to visit. This shot took 2 months before everything was just right. I tried several times before but all of the glass and light make this a difficult shooting location for some shots. It is an outside Saturn 5 reflecting off of the glass but also showing the exhausts of the real (horizontal) Saturn 5 located inside the building through the glass. The Saturn 5 was the most powerful rocket system in history and what took the USA to the moon. This was not an easy shot, but I am very happy with the final picture. A6000 with Rokinon F2.0 at F8 BTW.

Some Saturday birding and wildlife from Florida...too warm for winter, but a lovely day at least. Taken with a Sony A6300 and either Tamron 150-600mm lens, or FE70-300mm lens:

The lovely hooded mergansers, appearing down here for winter (Tamron)

Well camouflaged American bittern, standing tall (Tamron):

We took Costco Organic Baby Cucumbers and used pickling spices derived from all-natural sources, sea salt and purified spring water to make our own pickles. We sliced them and dipped them in a hand-mixed batter made from organic, non-GMO flour, antibiotic-free buttermilk, sea salt and sustainably grown organic black pepper. After that, they were rolled in organic Panko breadcrumbs and deep-fried in Certified non-GMO Canola oil containing anti-oxidants and omega3 fatty acids. The result of our dedication to current popular food trends and marketing buzzwords were these deep-fried pickles that are so damned healthy they should be able to cure cancer!

Health Food!
