Question about timeline

We are booked at Nachi Cocom. We are in port from 10 - 6, but it is (probably) elegant night, and we have early dining. If we decide that yes, we want to go to elegant night, does this seem like a reasonable timeline?

 

Off the ship and at Nachi Cocom about 11. Eat lunch between 12:30 - 1:00. Leave Nachi at 4 to return to ship. Shower, dress, and dinner at 6.

Sounds about right to me. the cab ride from Nachi to the piers takes about 10-15 min - you are likely to spend more time walking the pier and standing in the security line than in the taxi.

Most people leave Nachi around 3:30 to 4pm if not before. Definitely thins out. They advertise that you can stay til 5 or after if your ship docks at 12 or after. Tell your server you want a taxi and they will be there in 5 minutes. Taxis wait down at Mr Sanchos (a mile away) and one of those will come over. You can usually save a little money by riding back with others and splitting the cab costs.
