Where can I see my rock visa redeemed obc?

I redeemed from my rccl visa 2 months ago and are not seeing it on my cruise planner or on an updated invoice?

I couldn't see mine on the cruise planner, but it did show up on the updated invoice. You might want to call to make sure it was applied.

I redeemed my points for OBC about 2 months ago and I called today to verify that the credit has been applied and I was told it had been.

 

I believe they told me it would be applied around 2 weeks out.
