We are ten family members traveling in four cabins ... we all have different Latitudes status' ranging from silver to platinum ... Do we need to check in separately dependent on status or can family members check in together??? Thanks in advance.

Family members can check in together. But the non-platinum cannot board together with platinum unless platinum members give up their priority boarding and do general boarding with the rest of their family.

You can all check in together, and if you want you can all board together though unless everyone is platinum or in a suite, you won't be able to board with those groups. Of course, unless you are some of the first there it doesn't really matter because everyone boards together after the initial surge.
