Another question about onboard booking

We are thinking about making a booking onboard our next cruise if they have a good deal. My question is we were wanting to include some friends of ours on the next cruise. How does it work if we want to book a cabin for them? Do they get the same "deal" or onboard credit?

You should take the following information with you to make it easier

Full legal name as it appears on their passport

Complete Address

Date of birth for each traveler

Captains Club number if they have one

Email address (or you can provide yours)

You will need to pay the deposit on their behalf, unless they give you their credit card info. (number, exp date, and ccv code)

You will also need to answer if they want trip insurance and dining preference - which can be changed later. Please see other threads about insurance for more information regarding pre-existing conditions and the benefits both positive and negative to that insurance at time of booking.

We were told that it's easy to change the information for the second person listed on the reservation, including substituting a different person. However, the first person listed is locked in other than minor corrections such a a spelling error on the name (unless you cancel the reservation) so you might want to specify who is listed as the first person on the reservation if there is any question about one of the guests not going.
