I am looking for the most recent Jan. / Feb. 2017 liberty menu order. As I have read all the threads , they seem to all diff. I will be on the roatan, belize, coz. itinerary. I only have an opportunity to go to a specialty din one time ( trying to keep within my budget). So would like to choose a nite based on mdr menu . Thank you very much for any info you can provide
