agennis Posted February 14, 2017 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2017 Hi all! I have checked with CCL and it seems that I would be permitted to bring an inflatable paddle board for use in port only. Just curious if anyone has done it? We are sailing the southern route on the Fascination and thinking it would be a good way for my non-swimmer spouse to float around and check out the sea life. Thanks in advance. :)
coevan Posted February 14, 2017 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2017 you have got to be kidding, do you know how big they are, even deflated. Go to Walmart and buy a float
tea4ular Posted February 14, 2017 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2017 I've brought my own inflatable inner tube, bought in the kids department at Walmart for $2, for the purpose the OP mentions. I would think a iSUP would be overkill, but to each their own.

Thanks in advance. :) you can bring things like that on with you, but depending on size and weight it could be a bit inconvenient for you. might be worth looking online at some of your ports of call and seeing which beaches have these types of items available to rent. or, pick a shore excursion that offers beach toys :)
Florings Posted February 14, 2017 #5 Share Posted February 14, 2017 I agree with other posters. Too big and cumbersome to tote around, even deflated. Get a nice float or rent one from one of the vendors in port.
