Does Carnival ever have 'limited time only' sale on the Cheers package?

We've sailed RCCL last summer and they had their ultimate(?) beverage package for 20% off.

 

I didn't know if Carnival offered anything similar. This summer will be our first time back on Carnival in five years. I don't think a beverage package was available last time we sailed.

If you order it as part of the options under your booking manager, it is $5 less per passenger per day. Carnival will only offer the Cheers program for purchase until dinner time the first full day on board, and it is never prorated or on special.
